  7. You need 2 tsp of coconut oil.
  8. It's of Thai curry paste.
  9. You need 1 of tsbsp soya sauce.
  10. You need 3 of red chilli.
  11. Prepare 0.25 tsp of turmeric.
  12. You need 1 inch of ginger.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of garlic paste.
  14. You need 2 tbsp of lemon juice.
  15. Prepare 10 of soaked cashews.
  16. Prepare 0.5 tsp of cumin powder.
  17. Prepare 5 of pepper.
  18. It's 2 tsp of jaggery.
  19. You need of Salt.

Veg Thai Curry instructions

  1. Take all ingredients for Thai curry paste(as mentioned above in ingredient section) and blend to a smooth paste..
  2. In a pan take oil + Thai paste and sauté well for 2 minutes..
  3. Now add vegetables of your choice (carrot, potato, capsicum, paneer) and boil in low flame for 10 minutes.
  4. Now add coconut milk to it and boil in sim for 7 minutes. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with rice..
