- You need 2 of . One finally chopped onion.
- You need 3 of . Finally chopped ginger one inch piece.

- Prepare 5 of . Coriander leaves hand full.
- Prepare 6 of . Cumin seeds half teaspoon.

- 1. Mashed the potatoes using masher..
- Add coriander leaves, chopped onion, ginger, green chilli, Salt and pepper, Garam masala powder, dried mango powder and cumin seeds in it. Mix well. Keep aside..
- DOUGH FOR PRANTHA:- Add 2 cup wheat flour in a bowl..
- Add about half of water in it and knead a smooth soft dough..
- Keep aside for 20 minutes..
- Take a small ball from the dough flatten them and roll with a rolling pin..
- Place the potatoes stuffing in center and fold it..
- Dust some flour on it and roll it about the same size of chapati..
- Heat a tawa and place the prantha on it..
- After one minute, flip the prantha..
- Spread some ghee or butter on it..
- Flip again..
- Cook it from both sides till it sees crispy brown..
- It's ready..
- Serve it with curd and pickle or butter..
If the dough is not smooth then it will give hard time rolling. If the dough is hard (not soft) then it will break while rolling and stuffing will come out from.
